​People always ask ... WHY do yall choose to live like this? Now I know it can seem a little strict ... but the efforts are worth the results! We don’t see it as “restricting” foods ... but as “gaining life” in so many areas.
My husband has played soccer through college & recreationally almost all of his life ... and found that diet was the key to being able to stay on the field.
I grew up on a small farm in Iowa where we ate organic before it was cool simply because we could & the resources were there! Because of this my body has pretty much always demanded that I give it the best quality foods available so I can function at what I love to call FULL THROTTLE. Over the years I’ve developed a lot of sensitivities to preservatives & certain foods that have caused me to follow the hashimoto diet. Do I have hashimoto? Well ... my mom & grandmother have been clinically diagnosed ... I have all the symptoms but am choosing to heal my body through diet not drugs.
This journey to health is SO much easier than you realize & it all begins with your mindset. When you change the relationship you have with food & your body ... you change your habits by choice! I believe in YOU! I believe that you CAN do this!

My sweet friend Jan always said, “You can start a diet in the middle of a bag of potato chips.”
So I say WHY NOT TODAY!

- 2 Cucumber
- 8 Celery Stalks
- 5 Green Apples

(I tend to double & triple this recipe. Juice lasts 3-4 days.
- 4 Kale Leaves (with stalks - about 1 bundle)          - 2 in piece of Ginger
- 1 Bundle of Spinach
- 2 Lemons
